By signing below, I acknowledge that I have had all my questions about Salted Tinsel answered to my satisfaction. I understand that all sales are final, and the jewelry may break or stretch if pulled or caught. I am aware of proper care procedures for permanent jewelry.

If any issues arise within 90 days of purchase, Salted Tinsel will re-weld any jewelry broken at the jump ring (weld site) free of charge. I confirm that I have no medical conditions that would make wearing permanent jewelry unsafe. I release Salted Tinsel from any liability for medical conditions or injuries caused by the jewelry.

I grant Salted Tinsel permission to capture images and likeness in photographs, videotapes, and/or digital media.. If under 16, a parent/guardian must sign.
